Admission Agreement

Deepti Designs Admission Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Deepti Designs Inc (the "School") and the undersigned student (or their parent/guardian if the student is a minor) (the "Student") upon admission to the School's programs. This Agreement outlines the terms, conditions, rights, and responsibilities of both parties.

1. Student Information

This will be completed as part of the registration form on the following page.

2. Pattern of the Class

Our learning starts with the fundamentals! We begin by mastering basic shapes and strokes with pencil on paper over 2-3 classes. This solid foundation paves the way for a hands-on project incorporating these skills. Once the project is complete, we gradually increase the challenge with slightly more advanced shapes, leading to more intricate projects in the following sessions. This continuous progression equips students with the skills to tackle complex compositions based on conceptual themes.

3. Duration of the Class

Classes are designed to be 60 minutes long.

Please plan accordingly and be prompt in picking up students once the class concludes, as waiting in the studio is not permitted. Please note, that a late pickup fee may be charged if students are not picked up promptly.

4. Locations and Class Timings

  • In the first few classes, we'll assess the Student's artistic strengths and recommend the art materials to help them flourish. Parents can then purchase these additional supplies.

  • Makeup classes are only offered if:

    • There are no additional classes within the term beyond the minimum number of classes scheduled.

    • Space is available in another batch.

    • Makeup classes must be completed within the same term and cannot be carried forward.

    • A maximum of 3 makeup classes per term is allowed unless pre-approved.

    • The school, its instructors, and its representatives are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur in connection with classes, events, or in its preparations. This includes incidents during class sessions or events (whether in-person or online) as well as while traveling to or from the class or event. Participation is undertaken at the student’s and/or parent’s own risk.

    • Students participate in activities at their own risk, and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child follows safety instructions during the class/event.

    • The School is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought to class.

    • In the event of an emergency, the School may seek medical assistance for the Student, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the Student or their parent/guardian.

    • The school may offer opportunities for students to participate in events outside the studio. Participation in such events is entirely voluntary and at the discretion of the student or their parent/guardian. The school, including its contractors, partners, teachers, and administrative staff, assumes no responsibility for the safety, security, or logistics of these events. This includes, but is not limited to, transportation to and from the event, which must be arranged independently by the student or their parent/guardian.

    • Park your vehicle at your own risk. The school assumes no responsibility for the damage, safety, security, or loss of vehicles or personal belongings while parked on or near the premises. Parents/guardians and visitors are advised to take necessary precautions and ensure vehicles are locked and valuables secured.

    • The school assumes no responsibility for any food or drink allergies that may arise on the premises. Parents/guardians and students are advised to exercise caution and take necessary precautions regarding their dietary needs.
