Volunteer Hours Submission Form

1. Hours should be submitted within 14 days of service date to be considered for approval

2. Volunteers MUST get hours approved by the WBW board for it to be considered towards PVSA

3. Submitting hours DOES NOT mean they are approved automatically

4. Hours served outside of the Deepti Designs School must be backed with solid evidence such as letter from the coordinator of the event stating the dates, duration and time of service and photographs from the event clearly showing the applicant in service.

The evidence could be saved on a location of your Gdrive and a link should be entered in the form

5. An email would be received within 15 days of approval of your hours.
